Weight Loss During Power of One Challenge 2011.

I’ve battled the issue of weight for over ten years now.  It seems the more I think or talk about losing weight, the more I gain!  Over the last year, I’ve went from 191 down to 178, but it’s been at a slow pace.  I need to kick it up a notch.

My goal is to lose down to 128 is defined as a the high-end of a normal weight for me.  (I’m only five foot short tall.)

My Plan

- Use Weight Watchers points as a guide to limit my intake of unhealthy foods.  With Weight Watchers, the healthier the food, the fuller you feel!

I Shred with the Sisterhood!- Mix up the 30 Day Shred, Walk Away The Pounds, various DVD workout tapes along with walking and basketball with my family at the park to get in a variety of aerobic exercise and muscle toning.

- Drink water.  I recently gave up my pop, and water just comes naturally now!  (I used to despise water and its taste!  Now it tastes pretty good.)
