Here are my goals and my progress this past week.
- I Choose to be Healthy (revised) in January 2012, by participating whole-heartedly in the Shrinking Jeans “Shrink Yo’self” Challenge. I got in one 20-minute walk and skipped drinking water and tracking calories. I have two online buddies that are checking in daily, so hopefully I’ll have better results this coming week.
- I Choose to be Frugal in January 2012, by Eliminating One Monthly Expense. - I bombed this one.
- I Choose to be a Mother in January 2012, by Reading the Bible and Praying Together Daily. – We got in four mornings this week! Definitely an improvement!
