In mid-March, I took the week off to be with my kiddos on their Spring Break. The first weekend was spend on a mini-vacation out of town with my hubby and kiddos. We went to the zoo, stayed the night in a hotel where the kiddos got to swim, then went to the science museum the next day. (My favorite part was the science museum!) Then we drove home,
after a quic
k stop for dinner with mom-in-law.
The only other solid plans we had was to go skating, which we did last night. (I don’t skate. Somehow, I got older and it hurts my shins now.) The days in between were spent doing not much of anything. I thoroughly enjoyed it! My life is so jammed full, that I don’t have much down time. I loved having several days with nothing urgent on my to do list. Come tomorrow, the busy life will pick back up. Yes, I could have been productive and played catch up, but that wouldn’t have been any fun!

It sounds like you had a wonderful Spring Break! Sometimes we all need to just sit and relax and not worry about all the stuff we need to do. We can play catch up later
Blessings!
